The Quincy Compressor QGS Series rotary screw air compressor is available from 5 to 50 HP and can be used in a wide range of applications. The QGS series from 5 to 30 HP is belt-driven and includes an auto tensioning device that provides ease of maintenance and a long belt life, while the 40 to 50 HP compressors come with a gear-driven transmission. The Quincy Compressor QGS Series comes equipped with start/stop controls, an Infologic 2 controller or an Airlogic 2 Touch controller depending on the selected horsepower. All models feature a TEFC drive motor, air-cooled after cooler, low sound enclosure, and 8,000 hours of factory-filled QuinSyn-Plus fluid, with options for a horizontal air receiver and a mounted 39°F dewpoint refrigerated air dryer.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

  • Royal Blue (QSI, QGV) — 10-year airend; 5-year variable speed drive, drive motor, air/fluid receiver, drive coupling, cooler. No extra fees.

  • True Blue (QGS, QGSV, QGD, QGDV) — 5-year airend, air/fluid receiver, air and fluid heat exchanger, drive motor; VSD coverage on QGDV only.

       QGV is Royal Blue, QGSV is True Blue.

  • Sterling Blue (QOF) — 5-year airend, with two sub-tiers:

      Sterling Blue PG (Preventative Guardian) — 3-year parts and labor, 2-          year airend parts only

  • Sterling Blue EG (Extended Guardian) — 5-year parts and labor

  • NO BULL Extended — kit purchased with the compressor doubles the package warranty to two years and triples the pump warranty to three; on single-stage and QT PRO/MAX units.
